Nicaragua’s latest resort development, the Seaside Marina Spa & Golf Resort, will include the country’s only 18-hole, Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.
The Nicklaus facility will join a host of amenities at the resort including a wellness spa, private beach club, five-star boutique hotel and a lifestyle plaza featuring various shops, restaurants and cafés as well as a casino, nightclub and performing arts venue.
The 923-acre luxury development will feature a variety of residential components ranging from ocean view and hilltop homes to condominiums and golf villas. Prices currently start at $254,600 and the first phase of construction is expected to be completed by late-2010.
Nicaraguan real estate has been attracting significant interest from American investors as home prices are generally 30 to 50 percent cheaper than those in neighboring Costa Rica.
