KemperSports announced a partnership with the University of the South to manage operations at the Course at Sewanee in Tennessee, as well as its on-site restaurant, Green’s View Grill.
The nine-hole course is located at the university’s campus on top of the Cumberland Plateau. Designed by Gil Hanse, the course has earned myriad honors including recognition as one of the 25 greatest college golf courses in America by Golf Digest.
A key factor of this new partnership is the comprehensive bunker restoration project that is currently underway. The renovation will focus on improving drainage, sand consistency and overall playability while enhancing aesthetics and long-term sustainability. The goal to preserve the course’s strategic character while delivering improved conditions for golfers of all skill levels.
