Pinnacle Golf Properties announced another management deal for The Revival Golf Club at The Crescent in Salisbury, North Carolina. The management deal is another partnership with Walden Golf Group and principal Steven Schorr. It’s Pinnacle’s third such partnership since Walden acquired Serenoa Golf Club in Sarasota, Florida, in May.
The club, formerly known as The Crescent Golf Club, is located at a midpoint between Charlotte and the growing “Triad” of Winston-Salem, High Point and Greensboro. The 18-hole, par-72 layout will serve as the centerpiece to an upscale residential golf community with 200-plus planned homes.
Pinnacle and Walden are planning a host of improvements for the club, including a new Toptracer Range Technology system for The Revival’s practice range, improvements to cart paths and updates to the irrigation system to improve turf quality and water efficiency while ensuring excellent playing conditions year round.
Additionally, the partnership will implement the same CourseRev.ai software that is present at their other properties, which includes AI-driven tools such as a 24/7 voice concierge for booking tee times and intelligent chat assistants for answering golfers’ questions in real time.
“We’re honored to add The Revival at The Crescent to our portfolio and expand our partnership with Walden Golf Group here in North Carolina,” said David Taylor, CEO of Pinnacle Golf Properties. “This club has a strong community of golfers, and a fantastic John LaFoy design that people love. It’s exactly the kind of property where Pinnacle can add tremendous value — by elevating course conditions, embracing innovative operating practices and integrating advanced technology like CourseRev.ai. Our team is fully committed to exceeding expectations for both the ownership and golfers. We look forward to transforming The Revival into one of the region’s standout golf experiences.”
