Landscapes Golf Management has been selected to operate Arlington Ridge Golf Club in Leesburg, Florida. The company will manage all aspects of the club’s operations, including business strategy, course maintenance, clubhouse management, marketing, IT, staffing and training, food and beverage, merchandising, golf instruction and financial planning.
Designed by PGA Tour winner Gary Koch, Arlington Ridge opened in 2005 inside the Arlington Ridge active adult community. The 18-hole championship course runs along a scenic river and features elevated greens, dogleg approaches, and strategic bunkering. Five tee options stretch the par-71 course from 4,877 to 6,610 yards.
The club also features a professional driving range and putting green, with professional staff available to teach both private and group golf lessons, as well as Chatham’s Café & Chesapeake Bay Grille.
Landscapes’ first priority will be addressing previous shortfalls in turf conditions, food-and-beverage quality, banquet sales and overall member and guest satisfaction.
“We hit the ground running with best management practices and strong program implementations toward a resurgence,” said Tom Everett, president of Landscapes Golf Management. “The members and guests at Arlington Ridge deserve a market leading operation and we are confident we can deliver.”
