KemperSports appointed Andrew Fleming as its new executive vice president of strategy. Fleming is a long-time golf and sports industry veteran who previously served as senior vice president of strategy and business affairs at KemperSports from 2014-2018.
In the new role, Fleming will oversee the strategy and growth of several business units within KemperSports, as well as technology and innovation initiatives across the company.
“Andrew is an industry thought leader who will be a great addition to our team,” said Steve Skinner, CEO of KemperSports. “His leadership and deep experience in golf and sports will help us continue our growth trajectory.”
Fleming is a graduate of Northwestern University with a law degree from The University of Chicago Law School and has served in leadership positions across the industry, including Golf Channel from 2008-2014, EZLinks Golf from 2018-2020 and as chief operating officer at StreamLayer from 2020-2025.
