OB Sports Golf Management and Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, Ariz., have opened a unique golf academy based on graduated levels of instruction for juniors, adult female and male players of all skill levels and ambition.
In addition to personalized instruction, the academy provides numerous opportunities for practice and on-course play.
The program, similar to karate instruction in that students “graduate” to different levels based on their proficiency, offers group instruction with a maximum 5-1 ratio of students to instructors for $150 per month. That fee includes weekend play times, a monthly practice card and free course access for juniors after 3:00 p.m. Pricing and instructional focus does vary at each level of proficiency.
The program is led by Jeff Fisher, Longbow director of instruction, and Director of Player Development Stacie Bryan.
