RealFood Hospitality, Strategy & Design has appointed CJ Ametrano as vice president of design development to lead the firm’s new RF DesignStudio, an integrated design group offering community planning, interior design and foodservice design for the modern hospitality market.
“Welcoming CJ is a game changer for us and for our clients,” said Ed Doyle, president of RealFood and senior vice president of food and beverage for Troon. “Her leadership will help us provide fully integrated design and strategy solutions across hospitality, especially for clubs within Troon’s portfolio.”
Ametrano brings more than 25 years of national experience in lifestyle and community design, including leadership roles at Ryan Young Interiors and Toll Brothers, where she founded and scaled the National Merchandising Department.
Formed in 2024, RF DesignStudio unites Troon’s clubhouse design team under the RealFood umbrella, providing design and development solutions for clubs, resorts, restaurants and other hospitality venues.
