Architecture firm Kuo Diedrich Chi Architects announced in August that they have joined ClubWorks as a partner firm. ClubWorks is a network of wholly owned firms that provides professional services in the private club, real estate and hospitality industries.
Kuo Diedrich Chi Architects (KDC) is a renowned architecture firm formed in 2017 through the merger of Kuo Diedrich and Chi Design Group. KDC has been the brain trust behind multiple winners in Golf Inc.’s Amenity of the Year, Golden Fork and Clubhouse of the Year competitions.
“KDC brings a legacy of exceptional design and a distinct creative voice to our portfolio,” said Michael Leemhuis, chairman and CEO of ClubWorks. “Their influence is respected globally across the club industry, and we’re proud to welcome them into ClubWorks as we continue shaping the future of experiential environments.”
KDC will maintain its established brand and leadership structure as well as its original design work while operating within the ClubWorks portfolio to offer value to its clients and partners. Additionally, KDC will hold board positions at ClubWorks.
“We believe our DNA and innovation will further strengthen ClubWorks while at the same time allowing KDC to scale creativity, push boundaries and deliver even more impactful solutions for our golf club and hospitality clients and partners around the world,” said Howard Kuo AIA, principal of KDC.
The ClubWorks portfolio includes Peacock + Lewis Architects and Planners, JBD JGA Design and Architecture, Visionary Spectacle Studios, GGA Partners, Private Club Films, ClubWorks Engineering and Buffalo Groupe.
