Stephen Arnold spent nearly two decades in resort and high-volume hospitality operations on Hilton Head Island before becoming Chief Operating Officer of Cover the Tees, where he leads project execution across courses, clubs, and entertainment venues nationwide. His career began at Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort in 2008, rising to General Manager of the Robert Trent Jones Course in 2018. There he helped implement technology on the driving range and installed one of the first Cover the Tees structures in the country — seeing firsthand how it could reshape practice facilities. Stephen also served on Hilton Head's Accommodations Tax Advisory Committee between 2019 and 2025, holding the position of Vice Chair and Chair during his time on the committee. Today Stephen brings an operator's eye to every Cover the Tees project, ensuring installations are functional, realistic, and built to last.
