Desi is the husband of his incredible wife, Gaby, and the proud father of Carter, Maya, and Capella. In his free time, he works in the private club industry. Desi currently serves as COO of Desert Highlands in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has spent his career leading some of the country’s most respected private clubs and communities. Throughout his career, Desi’s greatest passion has been developing people and building cultures where future leaders are given the opportunity, confidence, and support to grow.
