Since its founding in 2008, the firm has become a leading authority in the listing, sale, and underwriting of golf and resort properties, with total transaction value exceeding $3.2 billion. A former United States Army officer and member of the Professional Golfers' Association of America, Mr. Karamitsos brings more than three decades of industry experience to his work. He has served on the Executive Board of the North Florida PGA and is a published author, with contributions to numerous industry periodicals and professional manuals.
