    Cathy Harbin has been a Class A Member of the PGA of America since 1992 and earned PGA Master Professional status in 2000. She is also a member of the LPGA and the National Golf Course Owners Association. With more than four decades of experience as an operator, executive, educator, and industry leader, Cathy has had the privilege of contributing to nearly every facet of the golf industry—from introducing beginners to the game and leading national growth initiatives to serving in executive leadership roles and owning and operating her own golf facility. Throughout her career, Cathy has developed and implemented training programs, operational systems, and customer service standards that create consistent world-class experiences, welcoming environments, and sustainable financial success. While she is widely respected for her operational expertise, she is perhaps best known for her unwavering commitment to growing the game through accessibility, inclusion, and belonging. Her life's work has centered on creating pathways into golf that are welcoming, enjoyable, and approachable for people of all backgrounds and skill levels. Cathy recently completed her term as the second-ever At-Large Director on the PGA of America Board of Directors and concluded a two-year term as President of the National Golf Course Owners Association. She has chaired and served on numerous committees dedicated to growing the game, including Adult Player Development for the PGA of America.
