Entries sought for Golf Inc. Renovation of the Year competition

Golf Inc.’s annual Renovation of the Year competition seeks to recognize the best renovation projects of the past year from around the world.

Submissions will be judged on how well the renovations improved the course, based on four primary criteria: routing, playability, maintainability and aesthetics. Entrants will be asked to describe how the renovation achieved its purpose through concrete results.

This year, there will be two categories: Private clubs and daily fee/public courses. A winner, runner-up and three finalists will be selected in each category. Winners will be featured in the Summer issue of Golf Inc. Magazine.

Projects completed anywhere in the world between Nov. 1, 2011 and Dec. 31, 2012 are eligible for entry.

Please note that before and after pictures will be required as part of the entries.
