Concert Golf names Don Smith to lead premier club operations

Concert Golf Partners has appointed Don Smith as senior vice president of operations for its Premier Division, which includes high-end clubs such as The Club at Longview in North Carolina, The Club at New Seabury in Massachusetts and The Club at Renaissance in Florida.

Smith is responsible for elevating the member experience, guiding strategic initiatives and overseeing major capital projects at these flagship properties.

He brings decades of leadership experience from top-tier clubs, including The Riviera Country Club, Snowmass Club and Myers Park Country Club, where he recently led a $30 million renovation.

“Don Smith’s strategic mindset, deep operational expertise, and commitment to excellence makes him a tremendous asset to the Concert Golf team,” said Susan Dunnavant, co-founder and COO of Concert Golf Partners.

Smith got his start in golf at age 15 on the grounds crew of a public course in New Hampshire. He remains an avid golfer and outdoor enthusiast, bringing a passion for exploration and excellence to both recreation and leadership.
