Celebrity Golf Club International has been acquired by SPE GO Holdings, Inc. and renamed Heritage Golf Links, a reprise of the club’s original name Heritage Golf Club.
The Atlanta property is now managed by Affiniti Golf Partners, which has planned vast improvements for the property. Affiniti will begin immediately by adding new sand bunkers, new pro shop merchandise, 40,000 new range balls, and making various landscape enhancements to the 27 hole semi-private club.
“Golfers will be happy to know Heritage is back,” said Lee Andrea, a partner with Affiniti. “The original Heritage Golf Club had a huge following and was well known to golfers throughout Atlanta. The new Heritage Golf Links will have the same great golf course, yet will be more focused on offering great customer service, first class instruction, and growing the game of golf.”
