Kuala Lumpur-based holding company Berjaya Land Berhad, known as BLand, has reached an agreement with Libya’s Economic and Social Development Fund to develop a new integrated golf resort community.
The approximate cost of the project has yet to be determined and the master plan still needs the approval of the Libyan government.
The multi-phase project calls for construction of an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse to go along with various residential and commercial developments. A variety of public amenities such as parks and community centers would also be built.
