Jenn Paciotti
Jenn Paciotti serves as the Director of Clubhouse Operations at the Daniel Island Club, where she has been a valued member of the leadership team since 2018. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jenn earned her Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and has built a distinguished career spanning nearly 15 years in the private club industry.
In her current role, she oversees clubhouse operations, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and facility services, while helping to enhance the overall member and guest experience. Her focus is strategic leadership and developing her team. She also serves on The Daniel Island Employee Scholarship Fund Board.
Jenn is an active member of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) and previously served on the Board of the Carolinas Club Foundation, supporting the professional development of future club industry leaders. Her commitment to lifelong learning and industry excellence has been recognized through two prestigious scholarships: the Sally Burns Rambo Scholarship, awarded to women in club management dedicated to advancing their careers, and the LaRocca Family Executive Scholarship, which supports emerging leaders pursuing executive-level education within the club industry. Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, playing tennis, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
