City of Richland, Wash. seeks new management firm

The City of Richland is seeking proposals from Golf Course Management Firms to manage the city’s Columbia Point Golf Course.

Located on the eastern side of the Cascade Mountains, the course is challenging for all levels of golfers and boasts a variety of tee boxes. Columbia Point includes a golf shop, café, driving range, and maintenance facility. 

The city’s current management agreement will expire at the end of 2010.
