KemperSports to manage Yucaipa Valley GC

KemperSports will manage Yucaipa Valley Golf Club, an 18-hole course in Yucaipa, Calif., along the foothills south of the San Bernardino Mountains in east San Bernardino County.

Yucaipa Valley Golf Club has been a popular golf destination and community hub for almost 20 years, with a par-72, 6,800-yard track that was designed by Rainville & Bye.

“Yucaipa Valley Golf Club is a great property with a lot of potential,” said KemperSports CEO Steve Skinner. “We look forward to improving the experience on the golf course and in the clubhouse and taking both to the next level.”

KemperSports now manages 21 courses in the state of California.

KemperSports will focus on delivering a sales and marketing plan to drive banquet and outings sales at the newly-constructed Pavilion at Chapman Ranch — an event and wedding space for up to 200 guests. In addition to the golf course and Pavilion at Chapman Ranch private events space, Yucaipa Valley Golf Club offers a full-service clubhouse with bar, grill and pro shop.
