We are pleased to report that Randy Starr with Topgolf and Rick Farrant with GreatLife will join Peter Hill, CEO of Billy Casper Golf, for our Innovation keynote, which kicks off the third day. Our July/August cover story profiles these innovative leaders.
We have labeled this day the Innovation Day, as it will feature other sessions by recognized innovators in the business of golf. Sessions include: Innovative Marketing Tactics, The WOW factor: Great ideas for your course, and What members want in a club today.
We have secured more than 80 speakers for the conference, including a few late arrivals who did not make it into the brochure. They include Elisa Gaudet with Executive Golf International, Gary Henkin with WTS, Brady Wilson with Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club, Mike Zisman with Golf Genius, Ben Keilholtz with BlueStar Resort & Golf and Kurt Albertson with EZLinks.
Golf outing announcedWe are also pleased to announce that we will hold an innovative golf outing at the Mountain Course at La Quinta Resort & Club. This Pete Dye-designed course is nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains and is one of Golf Magazine’s Top 100 You Can Play. The outing will start with a meet-and-greet breakfast and it will feature the Golf Genius app, which will allow teams to compare how they are performing against other foursomes.
Finally, we are excited to announce that some of the most innovative vendors in the industry will be exhibiting in the 19th hole, including ForeTees, Gallus Golf, ForeUp, EZLinks, Golf Genius, IBS, Garia and Full Swing, which will have a full simulator set up for use by attendees.
