Fairway Advisors arranged the sale of Apple Mountain Golf Resort, a Northern California property known for its scenic setting and strong regional following.
The firm represented seller Apple Mountain LP in the transaction. The buyer is Acorn Enterprises, a Section 17 corporation of the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Located in the Sierra foothills, Apple Mountain Golf Resort serves as a recreational and hospitality destination for the region. The acquisition aligns with Acorn Enterprises’ long-term economic development strategy and investment approach.
Fairway Advisors managed the marketing process and facilitated the closing.
