Coral Hospitality takes over Golf In Venice’s 63 holes

Coral Investment Group, along with ITG Group, acquired the three golf clubs in Venice, Florida, bringing the total number of properties that it owns to eight.

Coral Hospitality in Naples, Florida, will manage the three golf clubs, which are marketed as Golf In Venice. The addition brings Coral Hospitality’s portfolio to 12 managed clubs.

Calusa Lakes

The Golf In Venice three-course portfolio features 63 holes at Calusa Lakes Golf Club, Waterford Golf Club and Capri Isles Golf Club and all are open the public. Coral Hospitality is offering golfers the opportunity to join all three courses with one membership.

Weeks has been the CEO of Coral Hospitality since 1999.

Coral Hospitality manages six hotels and two residence complexes in addition to golf courses. Its other golf properties located in Florida and Georgia include Arrowhead Golf Club, Eagle Ridge Golf Club, Misty Creek Country Club, Jacaranda West Country Club, Riverwood Golf Club, Rosedale Golf and Country Club, Brasstown Valley Golf Course, Georgia Veteran’s Golf Course and Wallace Adams Golf Course.
