Bobby Jones Links announced a new brand division called the Bobby Jones Links Leadership Center, which is an educational initiative catered toward the golf and hospitality industry.
The idea behind the Leadership Center is to share proven operational methods that have been developed at Bobby Jones Links properties across the country and teach both individuals and teams at golf clubs and resorts of any size about leadership systems, insights, and philosophies.
“The Bobby Jones Links Leadership Center fulfills our vision to help elevate the standards for leadership and service excellence across the industry. We’re committed to playing a key role in developing culture- and people-driven properties run by the best-trained leaders in the business,” said Bobby Jones Links founding partner Whitney Crouse.
The Center offers consulting services in areas of expertise such as operations, food and beverage, agronomy, membership services, staff training, sales and marketing, communications, risk management, development and renovation, human resources, procurement, finance and accounting, technology and social media.
Bobby Jones Links also offers in-person training and has a two-day seminar taking place in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, on February 13-14, 2024. The event is open to anyone; attendees do not need to be an existing client of Bobby Jones Links.
