Concert Golf Partners acquires Pebble Creek Country Club in College Station, Texas

Concert Golf Partners announced that it has acquired Pebble Creek Country Club in College Station, Texas. This is Concert’s third private club in the state, after Northgate Country Club and Walden on Lake Conroe Golf Club.

Pebble Creek is located nine miles from the campus of Texas A&M University and is in close proximity to Concert’s other clubs in the Houston area. The property was built in 1991 and features a 60,000-square-foot clubhouse and a par-72, 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ken Dye. The course measures almost 6,900 yards and showcases a natural backdrop on every hole as it winds through creeks, lakes and woodlands.

The clubhouse offers both upscale and casual dining options; five banquet and meeting spaces that accommodate up to 500 guests; and the Creekside Grill & Cantina, an outdoor social center with dining, a full bar and a lounge offering expansive views of the golf course. Other amenities include a driving range and practice facility, tennis, aquatics, a swim-up resort-style pool bar and state-of-the-art fitness club.

“Pebble Creek Country Club stood out to us as a high-quality private club in a compelling and growing market,” said Jordan Peace, senior vice president for Concert Golf Partners. “College Station has high interest in a strong family-focused country club, and Pebble Creek has a proud membership, an established golf course, a meaningful role in the local community and a lot of potential for the future. Those are exactly the types of clubs we look for: clubs with tradition, strong member engagement, and opportunities to invest thoughtfully for long-term success.

Concert currently has no plans for any modifications or renovations to the property, but it expects to spend time with the membership, club leadership and staff to understand the club’s needs and priorities before finalizing any specific capital plans.

“We are very excited about the opportunity to support Pebble Creek’s next chapter,” Peace said. “This is not about changing the character of the club. It is about preserving what makes Pebble Creek special, while bringing additional resources, private-club expertise and long-term stability.

“We see Pebble Creek as an important addition to the Concert Golf Partners’ portfolio, and we are looking forward to working closely with the membership and the team on the ground in College Station.”
