Blue City Company I, developers of the first phase of the massive Al Madina A’Zarqa real estate project in the Middle East sultanate of Oman, has named the design firm of Thomson, Perrett and Lobb to design a championship 18-hole course as part of the waterfront project that eventually will house 200,000 residents.
The course will included in a gated community, surrounded by and including a variety of high-end residential and resort hotel facilities.
In addition to the Oman assignment, the TPL design firm is currently working on golf course projects in Egypt, Turkey and the UAE.
