Rick Zbranek, MAI, is a Senior Managing Director and National Golf Specialty Practice Leader of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2006, Rick led his own real estate appraisal and consulting firm, The Richard A. Zbranek Company, from 1994-2006. Previous experience includes manager positions at PriceWaterhouse and Laventhol & Horwath.  
Rick’s responsibilities as National Golf Practice Leader include marketing and development of new business for the practice, establishment of standard due diligence and reporting formats, and overseeing the review and quality control functions for the group.  
As Director of Valuation of the South-Central region (TX, LA, AR, OK), Rick is responsible for client interfacing, complex assignment scoping, quality control, and oversight of all valuation related services transacting in the region. He is national single point of contact for several regional and national clients.  
During his career, Rick has appraised all property types, including office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, land development and recreational properties. As National Leader, he has directed and managed over 2,000 golf course assignments for the V&A Golf Practice Group since its formation in 2006 and has personally performed consulting and appraisal assignments on hundreds of golf properties in his career throughout the U.S., the Caribbean and Mexico.
