Ricky L. Potts Jr., CCM, CCAM, CML, CMP is the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications at The Lakes Country Club in Palm Desert, California. Originally from Harmony, Indiana, he holds two degrees from Purdue University in Computer Engineering and Computer Graphics Technology. 
Ricky has held leadership roles with two of the largest and most influential golf course management companies in the world and has worked at premier private clubs in Florida, Rhode Island, and California. A Certified Club Manager (CCM) and Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM), Ricky is also the world’s first Certified Mindful Leader. 
He hosts The Wednesday Match Play Podcast, a weekly golf podcast, writes a lifestyle blog at rickyleepotts.com, and is passionate about electronic dance music (EDM), golf, craft beer, travel, and animal rescue.
