    Jeffrey Denzak brings extensive integrated design expertise to his role as Partner at SWABACK Architects + Planners, an award-winning firm with over four decades of experience creating inspiring golf environments globally. His comprehensive approach to golf development encompasses master planning, clubhouse design, and community integration, guiding projects from initial feasibility through final construction execution. 
    Jeffrey holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and has contributed to SWABACK’s portfolio of iconic golf clubhouses, which includes award-winning projects at Bighorn Golf Club in Palm Desert and Martis Camp Golf Club in Truckee, CA and currently, the Marcella Club in Park City, which will feature Tiger Woods’ first mountain course. His expertise spans luxury resort golf facilities, private club environments, and golf-centered community development. 
    A key player in SWABACK’s holistic approach to golf facility design, Jeffrey considers the entire development ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between golf operations, hospitality, and community elements. As a thought leader in community development and master planning, Jeffrey serves on ULI’s Community Development Council and regularly shares insights on integrating golf facilities within broader community frameworks.
