HOW CAN I SPONSOR AN UPCOMING SUMMIT?

HOW DO I GET A GROUP DISCOUNT?
Add 3 or more registrants and save a percentage of the ticket price – TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT, ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER ON THE SAME FORM. Discount will automatically appear after the third registrant is added. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our conference team at conferenceteam@crittendenresearch.com
HOW DO I GET AN ATTENDEE LIST?
Attendee lists with contact information are reserved for our sponsors. If you want to become a sponsor, please reach out to our sales team at sales@crittendenresearch.com to learn more.
All attendees will have access to an attendee list without contact information before the conference. We do provide networking opportunities through LinkedIn groups during the registration process. Join in and start networking right away with others who will be at the conference.
All sponsors will receive an attendee list with contact information 2 weeks prior to the conference.
I WANTED TO ATTEND BUT DIDN’T REGISTER BEFOREHAND. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Come to the registration desk onsite and we will help you go to the registration website and get registered immediately. Some options may be unavailable.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE SUMMIT?
The conference dress code is business casual/comfortable. Our goal is to provide an interactive and collaborative atmosphere. We recommend that you check local weather forecasts and adjust your wardrobe accordingly.
I NEED TO HAVE SOMETHING PRINTED - WHERE CAN I DO THAT?
Many hotels provide a business center where you can make copies as well as access to computers and mail services. Check with the hotel to see what accommodations can be made. Unfortunately, we are not set up to provide business services.
HOW DO I CHOOSE WHICH SESSION TO ATTEND?
All sessions are open to all paid attendees and sponsors. At the Conference, choose which sessions align best with your conference learning/networking goals. Feel free to move between sessions.
WILL THERE BE A RECORDING OF THE SESSIONS AVAILABLE AFTER THE SUMMIT?
Session recordings will not be available.
WHEN WILL THE SLIDES FROM THE SESSION BE AVAILABLE?
A link to the slides will be sent out within two weeks of the conference. These are usually sent with our end of conference survey. We would love to receive your frank feedback on the conference so that we can constantly improve.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE PICTURES THAT WERE TAKEN AT THE SUMMIT?
Pictures from the conference are linked to our website within a few weeks of the conference. Usually an email is sent to inform the attendees.
WILL ATTENDEES HAVE ACCESS TO WIFI?
Some hotels provide WiFi for their registered guests. If WiFi capabilities are critical for you during the conference, please contact the hotel ahead of time to better understand WiFi availability.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A COMPLAINT OR IDEA?

DO I NEED MY BADGE ON AT ALL TIMES WHILE AT MY SUMMIT EVENTS?
YES. Your badge is your pass to every event and session. If you lose your badge onsite, come to the registration desk for assistance.
CAN I BRING A GUEST TO THE SUMMIT EVENT PARTIES?
If you are bringing a guest to the summit after-hour parties, you will need to pay a one-time fee. Guests are not allowed in the sessions, or at lunch or breakfast. All attendees and guests must be over the age of 18.
IS A ROOM AVAILABLE FOR ME TO HAVE A PRIVATE MEETING?
We strive to provide a location for networking meetings to occur but it is dependent on the set up of each hotel. Contact conferenceteam@crittendenresearch.com to check availability and make any arrangements.
CANCELLATION: I AM REGISTERED FOR THE UPCOMING SUMMIT BUT NEED TO CANCEL - WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
We are sorry you can’t make it! For a full refund, take advantage of the protection plan offered through the registration process. Typically, if you let us know, in writing, 30 days prior to the event start date, you may request a credit to attend a future conference. Credits are only good for the same event in the following calendar year. Partial refunds are not available if you cannot attend the entire conference.

I HAVE A CREDIT FROM A PREVIOUS EVENT. HOW DO I USE IT?
Please email your proof of credit to conferenceteam@crittendenresearch.com and we will issue you a code to use when you register. Credits may be transferred to another person in your organization. Credits do not hold a certain cash value. For example, if you paid $1,100 for your original event ticket and the current event price is on promotion for $899, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference.
ARE THERE ANY REFUND EXCEPTIONS?
If a conference is canceled due to a national or venue location health or safety mandate, within any number of days before the event, credit to a future conference may be requested. Other personal issues such as weddings or graduations do not count as an exception. Please refer to the above cancel & refund policy.
Not sure about making a future conference? Send a colleague in your place! You can transfer a colleague to your existing ticket at no additional cost. Please give us at least two weeks’ notice prior to your event of a transfer so onsite materials can be updated.
Complimentary conference event passes are not refundable or transferable.
HOW ARE YOU ADDRESSING COVID CONCERNS AT IN-PERSON SUMMIT EVENTS?
Each conference has capped attendance per CDC guidelines or guidelines requested by the venue to promote health and safety. We work closely with our venues, and their applicable city, county, and state regulations and current mandates, to ensure we are meeting all health protocols. We will communicate any and all restrictions and guidelines to our attendees through multiple channels. Attendees are expected to adhere to communicated mandates and guidelines once onsite at their event.
WHAT ABOUT FOOD ALLERGIES OR SPECIAL REQUESTS?
Conference menus are planned to accommodate the majority of our attendees, and our venues can work with us if an attendee has a severe food allergy. There will always be a limited number of vegetarian options at meals. Please let us know your specific concerns at least 30 days prior to the conference you are attending so we can work with the venue on accommodations. Due to the number of attendees at our conference, specific requests cannot be guaranteed.
If you have a mobility concern, please let us know at least 30 days prior to the conference event you are attending so we may address options for your access.
IS THERE A PLACE FOR ME TO STORE MY LUGGAGE DURING THE SUMMIT SESSIONS?
Utilizing hotel luggage storage services is highly recommended. Please contact the hotel front desk to better understand what storage options are available. Depending on the hotel accommodations we may be able to provide an area for luggage. However, there is no guarantee of this service and there will not be security. If you leave your luggage unattended, you do so at your own risk.
