Tom Bennison is the Chief Development Officer for Invited and is one of the most experienced and successful dealmakers in the private club and golf industry. During Tom’s thirty plus years he has completed more than 100 acquisitions, leases, joint ventures and management contracts for Invited with companies like The Nicklaus Companies, Hyatt, ClubLink, Pulte Homes, Shea Homes, Toll Brothers, The Tower company, AEW, Corcoran & Jennison, Hugh Bancroft Trust, and the PGA TOUR. Tom and the Invited Corporate Development team have also completed a $460M of strategic and non-strategic asset dispositions since 2019.
Tom is a member of the Recreational Development Council Gold Flight of The Urban Land Institute and Board member of the National Club Association.
