Monica Davis joined KemperSports in August 2023 as Vice President of Operations, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the golf industry. She currently oversees a diverse portfolio of properties across California, Oregon, and Washington. 
Prior to KemperSports, Monica served as General Manager at Rancho La Quinta Country Club, a premier private club in La Quinta, California. Her career includes leadership roles with top golf management companies, including Invited (formerly ClubCorp) and American Golf. She has successfully led a variety of facility types, ranging from executive and municipal courses to upscale daily-fee properties, destination resorts, and full-service country clubs. 
Her experience spans key markets such as San Diego, Oahu, New York, Orange County, the Bay Area, and the Coachella Valley. Monica’s deep operational expertise is matched by her passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and fostering the growth and development of her teams.
