Real Estate Developer and Workforce Housing Specialist Owner of Dormy House and Wayne Enterprises
Matt Welter, owner of Dormy House and Wayne Enterprises, is an entrepreneur and a real estate developer with experience in all aspects of the development process from project conception to sales, ownership and management.
Matt launched Dormy House in 2021 to create affordable housing solutions for the hospitality industry and to improve the quality of life for club and resort employees, especially those in rural and remote towns. It was Matt’s experience as a caddie at Kingsbarn Golf Links and other notable courses that inspired him to find a solution for workforce housing. He has created workforce housing solutions for Bandon Dunes Golf Resort and is currently working with the city of Bandon, Oregon, to develop affordable housing solutions for its residents.
Matt also owns Wayne Enterprises, a real estate company that improves and develops commercial and residential offerings in his hometown of Valparaiso, Indiana.
