Mark Luthman has over 30 years of experience in the golf industry, holding leadership roles including Superintendent, General Manager, and leadership oversight of multiple golf courses. From 2009 to 2025, he led operations at Touchstone Golf. With the merger of Touchstone Golf and KemperSports, Mark returns to KemperSports, where he was a Regional Operating Executive from 2005 to 2009. In that role, he oversaw ten courses in the western U.S. and led the planning and opening of three properties, including Chambers Bay—host of the 2010 U.S. Amateur and 2015 U.S. Open. His background includes broad expertise in revenue management, marketing, customer service, staff development, and golf course maintenance.
