Jason Pearsall serves as the CEO of Club Caddie and the Managing Partner of Warren Valley Golf Course, bringing a lifetime of golf industry insight to his roles. Born into the world of golf with a father who was a country club general manager, Pearsall has experienced every facet of club operations firsthand. His early immersion in the industry fueled a passion that led him to sell an e-commerce company in 2010, invest in and manage Flushing Valley Golf and Country Club in Michigan, and co-found Club Caddie, a frontrunner in North America’s golf course management SaaS solutions, later acquired by Jonas Software in 2020. In 2022, Pearsall embraced the challenge of restoring Warren Valley, a historic 18-hole Donald Ross golf course in metro Detroit, under a long-term lease. His leadership is characterized by a belief in empowering employees, fostering positive workplace cultures through rewarding experiences, and recognizing the value of each team member’s contributions.
