B.K. Browne is the Co-Founder and CEO of SpeakSport, an AI-Receptionist for golf facilities to alleviate phone call volume and enhance customer service, drive retention and boost revenue. A lifelong golfer, B.K.’s journey in the industry began behind the counter of a daily-fee pro shop – experiencing firsthand many of the daily challenges operators face. B.K. previously held roles across large corporations, a venture-backed technology startup, and golf facilities alike, always at the intersection of innovation and problem solving. He holds an undergraduate degree from Babson College (the top entrepreneurship college in the US), and is also a near-fluent speaker of Mandarin Chinese. Today, B.K. is focused on helping operators drive hospitality, and believes that simplicity, and context-driven service are the keys to a better guest experience.
