A new 18-hole golf course and marina are being added to the Palm Cove Khanom Beach Resort & Spa in Khanom as developer JAD Co., Ltd. attempts to market fractional ownership opportunities at the beachfront resort overlooking Kho Samui Island.
Prices start at €90,000 for fractional ownership in one of the resort’s 52 luxury units, which includes 49 apartments and three beachfront suites.
The resort already features a variety of amenities including a pool, spa, fitness center and restaurant.
JAD Co., Ltd. recently selected the French consultancy Group COREFI to oversee development and promotion of the Palm Cove Khanom Project.
