Plans are in place for the development of Butterfly Royal Golf Resort, a golf and residential community on a 365-hectare plot of land in the western Romanian city of Arad.
The project is under the direction of Italian developer Bellavista Golf Villas and Resort, and will feature an 18-hole golf course covering 52 hectares of land.
Approximately 473 residential units will also be built along with a luxury hotel, a spa, fitness center, bowling alley, retail and restaurants.
The developer has not yet revealed how much the new community will cost to build.
