Pennsylvania course sold to residential developer for $2 million

The 44-year old Carradam Golf Club in North Huntington, Pa., has been closed after its recent sale to a real estate developer for $2 million.
Lincoln Hills Realty Associates, headed by principal Robert Shuster, finalized purchase of the property Dec. 31. The company reportedly plans to retain the 132-acre property as inventory for future residential development only.

The buyers held a Nov. 17 auction of golf course equipment and the course has been closed.
