Intrawest Golf Holdings has sold another of its courses, Raven at Three Peaks in Silverthorne, Colo.
The buyer was Escalante Golf Inc., which paid approximately $5 million for the semiprivate facility.
Designed in 2000 by Tom Lehman and Hurdzan/Fry Golf Course Design, this par-72 course spans 7,413 yards and plays host to approximately 17,500 rounds of golf each year. Greens fees range from $85 to $150.
The course will retain Intrawest’s Raven golf brand as part of the sales agreement. Operating as the leisure real estate division of the McDonald Automotive Group, Escalate Golf, led by David McDonald, now owns three courses in Colorado and another two in Florida.
