Longaberger Golf Club in Nashport, Ohio, has named Jeffrey Parsons as general manager. A 25-year veteran of club management, he previously has held lead positions with Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio, and Grand Cypress Golf Club and ChampionsGate Golf Club, both in Orlando.

Charles Harrison, a former Shell executive and captain of the Cambridge University golf team, is the new chairman of the Golf Foundation.

Kelli Deane Fry is the new head professional and manager of golf sales for Silvertip Resort in Canmore, Alberta, Canada, owned by Stone Creek Properties.

Consulting firm Global Golf Advisors has added Dave Pratt as director of golf course sales for Canada, and Murray Blair as a consultant.

Ransomes Jacobsen has appointed Nick Brown as corporate account manager for UK and Ireland golf business.

Shane Doherty has joined the VGM Club procurement service company as vice president of business development for its western U.S. territory. He formerly was director for national accounts for Avendra.

John Deere Golf has appointed Nicole Chase to the newly created position of golf sales and marketing director for Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Brandon Cajthaml has been named director of people services for OB Sports. He previously held similar positions with Intrawest Golf and BlueStar Resort & Golf. 

The Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort has named 12-year staff member Jason Cheney as general manager. He previously was food & beverage director/clubhouse manager of the Las Vegas, Nev., facility. Promoted to head professional was Gregory Brockelman. He previously was head pro/clubhouse manager at The Falls Golf Club at Lake Las Vegas. 

Mark Freemont was named general manager of The Governors Club in Brentwood, Tenn. He served most recently as general manager at Hawk Pointe Golf Club in Washington, N.J.

TPC Piper Glen Golf Club in Charlotte, N.C., has appointed Scott Johnson as head golf professional.

Rob Yanovitch has been named head golf professional at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course in Raleigh, N.C. The course, built by N.C. State University, will open this spring.

John Hunt, secretary of The Berkshire Golf Club  in Ascot, England, has been appointed president of the Club Managers Association of Europe. He will serve a two-year term. 

Nick Solski has been appointed director of golf at The V Club at Le Meridien Vilnius in Vilnius, Lithuania.

David Sanderson has re-joined Rocky Gap Lodge and Golf Resort in Cumberland Md., as head of the sales and marketing department He previously was director of sales and marketing from 200-2005 and most recently had worked as an industry consultant.

Billy Peterson has been named general manager at the World Golf Village's King & Bear and Slammer & Squire golf courses. He previously was GM at The Renaissance Club, a private club in Direlton, Scotland. 

RDC Golf Group has appointed Bill Shiles as general manager of Tuscawilla Country Club in Orlando.

Dr. John Reynolds, vice president of global business development for Club Car, recently was inducted into the Professional Caddie Association Hall of Fame. As a youngster, the 20-year veteran of Club Car was a caddie at golf clubs in Augusta, Ga.  

Missouri native C.W. Woods has taken over as general manager at Stone Canyon Golf Club in Independence, Mo. He previously was golf professional at Legacy Golf Club in Henderson, Nev.
Rob Nader has been appointed head golf professional at TPC Michigan. He has more than 10 years of experience in the golf industry.
Raymond Bonafont has been appointed general manager at Caparra Country Club in Guynabo, Puerto Rico. He previously was F&B director at the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
Stephen Sweeney has been named to the staff of St. Andrews Links Golf Academy in St. Andrews, Scotland. The Ireland native has previously worked at The Montgomerie in Dubai, UAE, and at TPC Sawgrass in Florida.
Bob Francisco is the new director of Golf at the Dallas-Fort Worth Marriott Hotel and Golf Club at Champions Circle.
Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminister Township, N.J., has appointed Kristine Czerniach as membership and events director. She has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.   


Andrew Snook has been name Chief Marketing Officer at Business Golf International. He was previously with Textron Financial Corporation as V.P. of Sales and Business Development for Golf Equipment and Golf Course Finance.
