Cape Fear National on track to open in fall

The developers of Brunswick Forest, a 4,500-acre master planned community just south of Wilmington, N.C., plan to open the Tim Cate-designed Cape Fear National golf course this fall.
The course, which is planned for 27 holes eventually, is managed by KemperSports.
Brunswick Forest features a 160-acre town center including more than 500,000 square feet of retail and commercial facilities. Since opening for home sales two years ago, the community has attracted more than 460 families.
