Developer Grupo Santa Paula (GSP) recently unveiled plans for a $120 million golf resort that will be constructed on a 327-hectare site in Sao Paulo near Chapada dos Guimaraes national park.
The development, which will feature a variety of amenities to complement a golf course and 400 luxury residences, is still awaiting environmental approval. No construction timetable has been set to date.
GSP president Reinaldo Galves Leal has said he intends for the new golf course to serve as host to various levels of international competition.
