Forrest Richardson & Assoc. is based in Phoenix, Arizona. In addition to the traditional phases of golf architecture; routing, planning, and site work during construction; the firm provides site evaluation, project planning, land planning, and feasibility analysis for golf projects. The firm has been honored for their work, receiving awards and top rankings from Golf Inc., Golf Digest, Links Magazine and Golfweek. Their work has been ranked best in state and among the top 30 public access courses in the U.S. The firm’s private club work includes the prestigious Berkeley Country Club, a 1920s design of Robert Hunter and Willie Watson. Most recently they completed two celebrated par-3 courses, both of which have been featured as examples of the changing face of golf and its new economy that places a premium on experience, fun and less time.
