Four new clubs working with Landscapes Golf Management

Landscapes Golf Management, already one of the largest management companies in the Midwest, reached agreements in early May with four golf clubs stretching from Colorado to Illinois. The clubs are Greeley Country Club in Greeley, Colorado, Crystal Woods Golf Club in Woodstock, IL, The Nebraska Club in Lincoln, and Brandon Golf Club in Brandon, SD.

“Our team was vetted against the best in the industry and ultimately our team was selected as the provider of choice,” said Mark Mattingly, Vice President of Business Development at Landscapes (LGM).

Mattingly said LGM’s strategy is simple: be able to provide a service that meets the needs of each client. As far as the four newest clients go, both Greeley Country Club and The Nebraska Club will receive full management services. Greeley is undergoing a renovation that LGM will assist with. The club is looking for assistance with its long-range planning to keep the country club modern.

The Nebraska Club will use the full-service help to develop its member relationships and bring its food and beverage options up to par with the dining room views that overlook downtown Lincoln from 20 stories high.

Brandon Golf Club, just six miles from Sioux Falls, will only use LGM for consulting and Crystal Woods Golf Club will be leaning on LGM to provide marketing services. All four clubs are now part of more than 60 other clients in LGM’s portfolio.

“Each of these new opportunities continues to build upon our company vision to be the most trusted and influential company in golf and we consider each of these types of relationships as small steps towards achieving that goal.” Mattingly said.

In a press release, the President of Landscapes Golf Management, Tom Everett said, “I am confident our experience will allow our team to work in concert with these clients to help them achieve their objectives.”

LGM is a division of Landscapes Unlimited, LLC.and was founded in 1988.
