Chris Laver is a veteran of the financial services industry, bringing over 45 years of experience with major firms across both investment and advisory sectors. In late 2018, Chris partnered with a group of local Monterey investors to acquire The Club at Pasadera from an overseas entity.  Under their stewardship, the club saw significant revitalization and community engagement and after five years of ownership, was successfully sold to Concert Golf Partners of Orlando, Florida.  Known for his strategic foresight and a deep understanding of both financial markets and community-driven investment, Chris offers a unique perspective at the intersection of finance, leadership, and regional development.
